Air Bnb Incorrectly/ Illegally charging taxes in Unincorporated area

I live in an un-incorporated county regulated area, unfortunately becuase my address lists the closest city, Air Bnb is charging my guests taxes for that city. I have had a claim open for 3 months, waiting for someone in the "Tax and Legal" department to get back to me, and have provided them all the city / county documents proving my claim, and can not get a response. Also unfortunately for me, forturnate for Air Bnb, that department can not be reached by phone.

Is there any other Unincorporated areas/people that have similar issues?
