Am I out the revenue when a guest comes early?

He came and never updated and now the system won't allow me to add that day because it is past. Am I out the revenue for that night?

You can send an extra charge through the resolution center 

I looked at that but I don't see how. The date he came early is past so the system won't let me change the reservation. Can you give me a bit more guidance?
