Amenities limitations: excessive use

Hi everyone. I just need some wise advice. I have electric water heater and put very clearly in the listing: short showers, no unreasonable water  flow. I also mention it in the amenities limitations. But my recent guest spent all water for herself and complains that there is no more. How should I describe hot water limitation to make it clear to everyone?!

@Kath9, @Jessica-and-Henry0, I see that it is international problem. Pandemia of stupidity and atrophy of common sense... We have to be happy that it happens occasionally, not all the time:)
