@Mike77 because America isnt the only country that hosts there are over 7200 Irish hosts and the Airbnb.ie site redirects to this American .com adress. And she isnt asking you personaly what are you the King of the community Get over yerself

 

 

@Elva0 yes ive been reading that the revenue is going to be taxing hosts not sure if they will be based on commerical or a second income, airbnb now has to hand over all host adress and what they made the previous year to the revenue. I saw ther is a 12000 Rent a room scheme thats tax free but revenue sais that airbnb host are not included in this. its still a new concept so the revenue are adapting but I havebt heard or read anything about them been commerical it may only apply to proper BNB bussiness but as far as I know for everday people its been treated as taxable income for the time been..
