Bad Report of Guest when he booked

After my recent guest booked, I read where he was from and saw a report under his name.

It said:

This guest is spamming me

This guest is being rude to me

I thought this was a bad report on this guest. I now realize that it is a form for me to fill out if the guest displays these actions. It was very confusing.

hm.. I don't see it unless I click on "report this guest" link on the end of his reviews. Then it is shown in a pop up window.

 Now realize that is for reporting about a guest, not previous reports about a guest. I
