The criteria for superhost assesment are ...

To become a Superhost, you need to have an account in good standing, and over the past year you must have:

  • Hosted at least 10 trips
  • Maintained a 90% response rate or higher
  • Received a 5-star review at least 80% of the time you’ve been reviewed, as long as at least half of the guests who stayed with you left a review
  • Completed each of your confirmed reservations without cancelling

Now where your problem is Charbel, for the previous twelve months of the assesment you hosted 8 trips! The remaining 2 are in January this year and are therefore not eligible for the assesment just past!

Charbel, you have good reviews for the 6 that left reviews and you will ultimately get your superhost, possibly in the next assesment in April as you will then have hosted the required number of trips to qualify.

I hope this makes it clear for you.

Cheers.....Rob
