Instant Book not showing during minimum stay requirement

Hey Fellow Hosts!

I recently decided to open up my listing for the entire year (rather than just 3 months in advanced) with a minimum stay requirement of 28 days starting in May 2017. We like long term guests so the idea was to show up in their searches further in advance since they tend to book further in advance that short stay guests.

In any event, the instant book lightning bolt shows up all the way up until April 30th but as soon as you search dates May forward or select dates on my calendar for May forward, even if it complies with the 28 day minimum, the instant book disappears.

Is that a setting that instant book will not show up if you have minimum day booking requirement? Is there a way around that?
