Hi just tring to find out why my bookings over November ,December and January give a price for the month for one guest at R46.00 per night ,but when you put two guests in it gives the right amount of R850.00 per night. All the other months are fine. This is giving me a complete headache as I cannot let a single guest have a month at R943.00 when one night fortwo is R850.  I have tried getting on to them but to no avail. anyone else having this problem,  I declined the booking when it came through and messaged the guest to wait until the price had been fixed  .  Air b&b then accepted the booking . I did not accept .  Message after message and I told the guest in a message on air b&b what the price would be. He said he did not want it and so cancelled. Now they want a cancellation fee from me.  Please if someone in the help centre or anyone else could advise me I would be very grateful.  Hate this not being able to just contact someone and get a problem sorted.  Thank you

@Sandy139 I looked at your listing , month of November, and I see you set daily price SR 160

but, if I want to book it for a full month then it says average price is SR 9 so the whole month is SR 266

It is possible there is some glitch on the ABB side or you set some discounts for those months.

Go to host / manage listing / pricing ... and check your nightly base price and discounts

Go to host / manage listing / view calendar ... and check your nightly prices

if everything as it should be then contact Airbnb and ask them to see what went wrong
