Business Travel Ready - Doorman

Hello, so my  apartment is listed as Business Travel Ready except I'm being asked to Add Self Check-In to maintain this status. The options are Smartlock, Keypad, Lockbox or Doorman. Well my private apartment is in a private residential building and there is no option to install a smartlock, keypad or lockbox. I would need the agreement of the other neighbours and that will never happen. 

 

So a while ago someone said that I could be considered as the Doorman (someone is available 24 hours a day to let guests in). I don't understand this! If I do the check-in within the check-in window which is 3pm - 12midnight in my case and I give them a key why would I have to be available 24 hours a day to let guests in? That does not make send to me. I certainly would not want to get up at 4 o'clock in the morning to let in a guest.

 

I would appreciate some feedback from those who have their apartment listed as Business Travel Ready and how they handle this particular issue.

@Frank32 This requirement for a doorman would preclude you from setting check-in hours: "If doorman is selected as an option, the doorman must be available 24 hours a day to provide a key or access to the listing." (Source: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1207/what-is-self-check-in

 

Given your constraints, your listing does not qualify for Business Travel Ready.
