Cancelation of booking

I am trying to cancel a booking but the system is not allowing me to. I dont feel safe with this booking looking at the reviews that are there on his profile.

@Mudita1 If you cancel a booking on your on from your end as a host, you'll be penalized by Airbnb. I suggest to contact Airbnb, explain the situation, and ask for their assistance to help doing the cancellation from their end.

I agree with @Farah1...when cancelling for the reason of being "uncomfortable w/guest" never do it via your interface if you can help it. Always contact AirBnB - mentioning A: You would like THEM to cancel it for you WITHOUT penalty because B: You are uncomfortable with the guest.
