Change of host

Recently, my aunt who is a host passed away and I'm tasked to replace her. At the moment, I'm using her account to respond to inquiries and bookings. I would like to have my own details (personal and bank account) in the host account but would like to retain the current host site. Is that possible? Meaning I take over my late aunt's account and change all the personal details into my name. I do not want to start a new account because all the previous comments, bookings and future bookings are already in the current account.

I hope someone will clarify this for you.  AirB&B are notorious for not giving clear answers to things, and just leaving it to 'the community', who are not able to respond properly to complex situations.    I am in a similar situation, so will be watching your space to see what kind of responses you are getting.  Best of luck!    Ingrid

Hi.

I have recently legally changed my surname,.This has been done on bank accounts etc.All my other details remain the same.

I cannot find anywhere on the site where I can register my change of surname.

I am concerned that if this does not happen, that pay outs will not be put into my new account.

Can anyone help please?
