Clarification of New Terms?

Is anyone able / willing to do a concise, simple resumé of the new terms and highlight any that are particularly significant? I find my brain goes AWOL when I try to wade through all the legalese.

@Anna33 That would be nice, however, I think it is incumbent on each host / guest to read the fine print as opposed to reading someone else's interpretation which may not have all the important points.  Since existing hosts have until May 19th to digest the new Terms, I plan to set aside some quiet time with some strong coffee to plow through the legalese!
