Co-host payment skipped

Hello fellow Airbnbers: 

I recently added a co-host to one of my listings. She cleans for both our properties but one of them is quite a ways & to have to go for every flip, is a pain. In looking at future bookings reservations I see the payouts but on several the $75 for the co-host doesnt show deducted. 

I contacted the help bots but no resolution. *I have found the help folks not very helpful*  one of the payments was sent to me so I had to write her a check. The helpbot thought I meant I wrote the guest a check and scolded me. Im 5 days in. 94% booked until October and I cant get an answer on something so simple. 

Has anyone else had this kind of glitch? Was it resolved? I think my frustration is trying to work with the help people without having a conversation on the phone.
