Combining Listings from different states

Hey guys:

Airbnb has revolutionized my life.  I took off from California and was so successful that I bought a second property in New York and set up a new listing.  In California I have a successful listing history, but this is such a different style house going after such a different market, so I set up basically as a new host and seem to lack traction.

 

Anyone ever combine?  Or do you brand yourself from property to property and build?
