Communicating with a potential guest on airbnb who contacted my facebook page

Someone left a comment on my facebook page (page is for the same property we rent on airbnb, tent sites), saying they discovered our property on airbnb. He's asking questions about the airbnb rental, and I want to only communicate with him via airbnb. How do I start a conversation with him on airbnb to answer his questions that he posted on my facebook page? Is this possible? I'm just trying to be safe.

@Lauren570, I don't really understand. Can people book through your facebook page? If not, perhaps you could simply ask them to message you via Airbnb instead...?
