Damage refund in USD instead of GBP

Please help

I ask a refund to my last booking as they damaged my sofa.

They accepted to pay, towards the airnb claim page.

I asked them 69 GBP (as per previous quote) they made the payment online, but I receivd just 41GBP in my bank account... ! how is it possible? I thought maybe it's because a conversion between GBP and USD? Actually in the claim page Aribnb shows before 69GBP and little after 69USD... don't knw why!

What should I do now to have the remaining 28£?
