Different host same property

Hi There

is there any rules or its againts the policy if i create new listing but the property its already listed by someone else.

so the story is.the property owner already make listing in the airbnb but he asked me to do the freelance marketing of the property,is that OK if i create new account in the airbnb with same property but in  different picture and description ?

No, @Zolina0. You can't have the same listing under two differnents hosts. Why not co-host?
