I'm new to the Airbnb game, so I find myself reading many responses to these types of questions: to respond or not to respond. So, I take the high road and I am currently responding to both. But like many, after a while I can see myself running out of things to say. I've already thanked the guest in a private email that I send before check out. I've learned to wait until the last minute before posting a review about a guest even if you have a positive review for them. I tend to respond via email to negative comments about my property.
What and when do you post if you know your guest is going to write a negative review?
