Does Co-host reply affect Listing admin super host status?

Hi guys. This is a question regarding to the Superhost status. I'm the listing admin of the property. My friend she is co-host and primary host of the listing. I seldom reply guest but she will be the one who reply message or accept / decline the reservation instantly. Her instant response for my listing will be calculated in my account or her account?

Hello @Nurul8,

Everything that a co-host does affects your account, not theirs.

So yes, if your co-host doesn't reply to messages or doesn't accept / decline in time it will affect your statistics.

Hi Steve. Thank you so much for your kind reply. Specifically, the response rate of co host will be calculated into super host requirement even listing admin never reply any message to the guest right?

As I said in the previous reply everything, yes everything, all things, every single thing that a co-host does affects the listing admin's account and statistics.
