Edinburgh Holyrood area Co Host needed

Hi everyone. I'm pretty new to Airbnb hosting - first set of guests over New Year in my flat near Holyrood Road in Edinburgh. I need occasional help with key holding/ meeting and greeting - is there anyone who lives locally who can help me ? I am doing linen changeovers and cleaning myself for the moment, though I may try to get my flat fully managed over the Summer, if the balance of management costs to money coming in actually makes it worthwhile!

I have looked into key safes and may try a padlock style keysafe for these occasional times when I can't be there, but I'm really worried my guests will arrive and the keysafe will have a fault and they won't be able to get in!

Hi Carole and thanks for getting back to me. I think ideally I was looking for someone "just around the corner" - so they could just pop round in 5 minutes. I'm making some enquiries locally and will see what comes up. I guess for you it will be a 15 or 20 minute drive or even more if the traffic is bad?
