Electricity and Water

Hello,

my guests stayed at my apartment for a little over 2 months.  I just received my water bill and it was 10x what is normally used here. Also, they purchased an air conditioner and my electricity bill is 6x the norm. I have the paperwork to prove normal usage vs theirs but I am not sure what can be done since nothing about extra costs was listed. I have been using AirBnB for years and this is a first.  The total for water and electricity bill will come out to be about month's rent. What can I do?

@Zoya0 I see that you only have $100 security deposit. You can try to claim this through the resolution center. If the guest does not respond within 72hrs, then you can get airbnb to be involved. I personally not sure if there is any specific policy regarding utilities for a long-term stay or not.
