Good review and ratings, except "overall"

Hello,

To date I have 41 reviews with an average of 4.8 according to AirBNB. I did an accurate calc of this and it comes to 4.78, so atleast AirBNB is rounding correctly and I guess 4.75 would also be rounded up. The thing is that I have one 3 star rating that is pulling the average way down and if it was removed the average would be a solid 4.825 and I would have some margin.

I know reviews can't be deleted easily, but this one is clearly a mistake. I got all 5's on the subratings, but 3 on just the Overall.

- Do you think this should qualify for removal? If not, why not?

- How long do ratings stay on your record? Forever or are they only valid for a year?

The only way for a review to be considered to be deleted would be if the content policy is violated.  It is not totally uncommon for the overall rating to be lower than the individual ratings.  There are many discussion threads about this issue.  Now it is a matter of math and continuing to get the 5 stars 😛  Sorry, not much help.
