Guest Payment

Hi,

I have a guest wanting to book, however she would like to know how much she is going to be charged and when. On other platforms it gives me the full breakdown of payments and on what dates they will be charged. How do I view this on Airbnb or do I need to contact customer service?

Hi @Lauren551 your guest should contact Airbnb customer services directly if she has a query about how much she will be charged and when (if it isn't clear as she goes through the booking process)

The guest payment is a transaction that is directly between Airbnb and the guest and for clarity is always best for the guest to deal with Airbnb themselves if they have a query around payment and so on.
