Guest has violated house rules and needs to cancel booking but hasn't done so & is blocking dates

Guest has booked a stay but has violated house rules by saying they are bringing more than 5 people & will put them up on camp beds and wanting to use the sofa as a bed. I have said 'no' & informed the guest to cancel. They haven't done so yet and are consequently blocking the dates that could be booked by others. Any advice welcomed.

@Claire-Marie0 Hopefully the situation has been resolved by now but if not, contact Airbnb right away and ask them to relocate these people as you clearly state in your house rules that your maximum occupancy is 5 people. Let them contact the guests and get them out of your house.

I have a similar situation whereby a guest booked 3 months in advance and a few days later when I asked him to tell me more about himself and who was coming he told me there were 4 adults and one child under 2.  This has broken my House Rules.  Airbnb sent me an email to cancel his accommodation and at the same time hasn't unblocked my calendar for those dates in Dec/Jan.  I cant seem to find a direct email address to airbnb to resolve.  Please Help??
