Guest was unable to submit review on time, how do I re-send the link?

A guest was travelling and unable to complete the review on time. We did complete ours. They would now like to complete the review but need a new link. How do I get one for them?

@Philip15 Unfortunately after the window of opportunity to leave a review has passed, there's no reopening it! This is for everyone's protection to avoid retaliatory reviews. It used to be that reviews would be published immediately and then either the guest or the host could retaliate for less than stellar remarks. This new system takes that possiblity away and therefore there's no way to leave a review when the period ends.

Thanks, but how ridiculous - the end result will be that the review is posted on TripAdvisor. Fine for me as a host either way, but hardly works to the advantage of AirBnB

 

As a host it should be the simplest piece of technology for us to request the review request is re-issued, and for the reviewer to respond. It could easily be made subject to the host having completed a review.

 

Somebody at AirBnB isn't thinking straight!
