Have you ever been into situation when your guest brought a prostitute at night?

When you live in the Apartment as a host as well. The space is shared and third party  bookings are forbidden (the guest rents only 1 separate room).

What was your reaction? How did you solve such problem?

P.S. I have been into such situation  as a host. I have the longest add on airbnb and I am owning a property which has been into rental business for 150 years literally.

Yes. I solved it by making sure all guests register... I have visitors between 9am and 10 pm and they need to sign in and out. All overnight guests need to be registered on the reservation.

Well, I was not as lucky. Nobody asked me for permission)))) I had to face the sexual act. Make pictures and send it to airnb support as a proof. To me at happened at 3 oclock in the morning. On a 3rd night. For 2 previous nights the guest behaved perfectly.

@Olga464 I've had guests break my house rules and bring someone back to their room. They tend to do it on the last night of their stay, but a couple did it early on in their stay.

I've had to remind them (messaged them thru airbnb) that I have a no outside guest policy & don't appreciate them ignoring that rule. They also get a low rating when I review them so other hosts are aware that they ignore house rules.

I'm actually thinking how to prevent this case scenarios. I started to make people sign additional paper with the house rules upon the arrival . 

It helps, I must say. Also 50% of guests get offended because I don't trust them.

But business is business. I noticed when people sign additional papers in real life, they are much more responsible. Basically, they sign the same info on the paper which is listed in my ad. But, as we know, nobody reads the ad.  The only problem is that it's additional expenses for printing out 4 pages plus a paper clip.
