California- TOT Tax and TID tax- paid by homeowner or Airbnb? How much commission is taken out of each reservation? How much is the fee to have reservation processed through the service? Does the service offer a flat fee each month ? If so what does that fee include? Are their extra options other than listing the residence. Housekeeping ect?
