Good Morning,

 

I have received a notice from our Homeowners Association that I cannot host  my

Studio unit  which is located on my property inside my fence line. Can they prevent

me from hosting?

@Teresa578   Yes if it's in the HOA bylaws and you agreed to them. You need to read what you agreed to.
