Kailey, I feel your pain. I had that happen recently, yet again. I do not like being blindsided by not seeing guests in advance of the InstantBook policy. Yet, if I don't use it, the traffic on my listing goes down thanks to AirBnB. Also, many guests do not have any bios to give us an inkling of who they are. AirBnB management does not seem to understand, that the more control we have of seeing guests in advance of booking, the better quality service hosts can provide, and ultimately, the more lucrative it is for both sides as well as safer for the guests. I will be addressing this to AirBnB directly soon and may join you in closing my account and looking elsewhere for better service nothing is done to change this policy. When they get enough feedback from hosts, or closed accounts, hopefull they'll change the policy. Best
