How do I get my invited co-host accepted

I have just realised I need a co-host because I will be away for awhile. When I typed in her email address and accepted policy etc it would not let me invite her.

I rang to make sure that I had the right email address and she said yes. However, I still cannot invite her. What am I doing wrong? Also their seems to be a new "host assist" page. Does that mean Airbnb are fazing out the Co-host?
