How do I let AirBnB know I need to get a guest to leave

I have a guest who is one month into a 6 month stay.  I need to get him to leave.  He has completely taken over my house and does not respect my house rules.  I have talked to him about it, but he says since he is paying to stay (for one room in my house), he considers the house as his own. I've been an AirBnB host for two and a half years and have never had to contact AirBnB.  What steps do I need to take with AirBnB so that I don't get penalized as a host for asking him to leave.

@Anneliese5  You should Contact Airbnb and ask them to have to guest re-homed.

@Anneliese5 I am sorry to hear about this. This is one of the reasons why I set my maximum stay to 25 nights (Airbnb also does not charge the whole stay right away if it is more than 28 nights). I have had guest who stayed for longer than 25 nights, but I require a separate reservation for everything more than 25 nights. Hopefully they can help you resolve this in the best way possible!
