How do I read reviews of prospective renters before accepting?

When i click on his profile, there are no reviews. Just where he goes to school and airbnb start date. No other hyperlinks on the page. 

He is coming this Friday so i'd like to see a review. 

Also, do you charge more when there are 2 people vs. just solo? Or is it standard for the rate to increase when it gets to 3 people?

I have an inquiry from someone with no verifications.  It says there are 2 reviews for him but I am unable to access them?  How do I get to read them?

If there are no verifications, ask them to provide those before accepting.

They may not have any reviews yet!  Everyone was new at some point and needed a host to take a chance on them.  Talk to them and ask questions to get a feel for them.  Everyone had to start somewhere.
