How do I send a special offer to a guest that has a pending reservation?

A guest is pending but I need to alter the reservation costs and the "Special Offer" option does not come up in the Messages as it does on a new request. I do I send the altered reservation costs?

You can only send a special offer to a reservation inquiry, not a request or a booked reservation.  You can ask for additional funds, for extra services, via the Resolution Center.
