How do change to super strict 60 day cancellation

@Peter706 You can't. Super strict 60 is something Airbnb offer. I think it's something to do with commercial 'hosts'.

@Peter706 you can ask to be considered for Super Strict 60. You do not have to be a commercial host. Airbnb has to decide that your listing warrants Super Strict 60.

It is normally reserved for the type of listing where there is virtually no chance of getting an empty day filled if a reservation is cancelled anywhere close to the arrival date.

(Think tropical island resorts where guests have to arrange air travel. No one is going to plan a "last minute" trip to a remote island house.)

While the policy was very much encouraged by the commercial hosts, you definitely don't have to be a commercial host to get it. (Source: a non-commercial host who has it.)
