How to make listings "Instant Booking" only

Hello, I have two listings that I would like to be Instant booking only. Is there a way of doing this? Thank you.

So far it is not possible.

Would you mind if I asked you why you want your listings set "I.B." only? 

 

I also have IB on on my listing and I am happy.
