How to pay co-hosts?

I recently asked a friend of mine to co-host and they accepted through the app.  They recently helped for the first time by getting the room ready for a guest, but I can't find anywhere on the site/app to designate what to pay them.  On the resevation?  On the calendar?  On the listing page? In "Progress" or income?

Also, do they get a percentage / flat fee of every reservation, or just the ones where I utilize their help?

@Tom460 regrettably Airbnb has discontinued the option to pay co-hosts directly. You can set up your payout preferences to send a certain percentage of every payout to their bank account, but that's it. Otherwise, you will have to pay your co-host yourself. Regarding the amount, that is totally up to your agreement with them.
