How to see guests ratings

I have had excellent reviews from all my guest, but Abnb says I have several 3 star ratings.  I cannot figure out how to see the actual stars in any of the reviews.  This should be a no brainer but they are just not there...Any thoughts?

I am wondering the same thing. It doesn't show the stars. Their review system needs  improvement.

It's a bit of extra work to do this, but I find it worth it.

Go to your stats page where you will see the total sums of all the different categories - overall, cleanliness, arrival, value, etc.

On an excel sheet or I  use a prepared print-out sheet and simply quickly jot down all the nos. for the different stars after a review comes in.

Doing that after every review will show you exactly what each guest gave you, even if  a guest only star-rated overal experience and not the single categories.

Thanks...that would work, but the stars used to appear with the review. We shouldnt have to guess or extrapolate who did what in grading us.

I don't think that will happen any time soon - ABB likes keeping their cards close to the chest.

In the guest review form they even mention that  the host won't get to see the rating or something to that extent.

So, we just have to be smarter in figuring things out!

PS -   I'm surprised that the stars used to appear with the review at some point. That must have been before I started hosting from 2014 on, because I never got to see any stars with my reviews. And only got onto figuring them out properly through the stats by writing them down early this year.

Thanks...I had not noticed the option of seeing the cumulative stars in each category...that is a help.

i dont know why I care...over all I have 5 stars, but people are strange.

I had two guest reviews come in at the same time. Both were very complimentary in their narrative review, and both gave 5-stars for all of the separate categories, but I got an overall of 5-star from one and an overall of 4-star from the other. I called Airbnb to find out which guest left the 5-star review and they told me. I wish I had asked about the 4-star review, because it didn't make sense to me because the other guest was so complimentary, so easy to host, left 5-stars on all of the categories and then left a 4-star overall. I'm a bit suspicious of the accuracy of the Airbnb rating system. Perhaps the guest's finger slipped up on the button when leaving the review. Now I take note after each guest leaves a review and figure it out by deduction. But if I want to know more detail, I call Airbnb and just ask.

Do the star ratings show up in the listing?  Also, does the guest see the star rating the host leaves?
