Hi All.
I am very new to this. We put up our listing about a month ago and welcomed our first guest today. We already have most of the weekends booked through the summer. We have been told that we have set our minimum price too low, and now we wish to raise it, but every time I try, I get the following message: smart_pricing_min_price is null. Can someone help me understand what this means and how to get around it?
Sending appreciation in advance.
Douglas
@Douglas115Are you trying to do this on your phone, tablet or computer app? I find for this sort of adjustment, there are less errors on the computer app.
Do you have Smart Pricing turned on? Make sure that your minimum is less than your maximum or it will go all wonky. Set your max price first and then your minimum.
Rebecca,
I am using my desktop, an iMac. I have tried to change minimum pricing both ways, with smart pricing and again after turning it off. Each time I get the same error message. I am baffled.

I'm having the same issue at the moment....
Rebecca,
I am using my desktop. I have tried to bump the minimum price with Smart Pricing on, and with it off. No change. I get the same error message.

I'm having this same problem. I can't adjust the minimum price without getting the error "smart_pricing_min_price is null."
This truly is crazy. I'm in the same 'boat' been trying different service providers and hardware! Zero luck. All tihs means is I get bookings and have to change them! This is so wrong!
