I cannot change payout to new bank account

I have default bank account used as payout option.

I need to change payout to another account I opened recently. I added the new account to payout method. However, I cannot make it default. There is option to make it default but nothing happens when I choose it. 

I need help please.

I have a payoneer card and am trying to change the payout preference to Payoneer from International wire Transfer but the suggested method does not work. There is no option to change. I called Payoneer and they say from their side all is good to receive payment. Need to know how to change.

I am also in need of changing the payment method but the site will not finalize the change it just sits and doenst take me to the next page after I input the new banking information....

Any help at this point would be great clearly I cant talk to customer service about any issues
