I did not receive a prompt to write a review

Our guests just left and usually I recieve a prompt to write a review. I haven't recieved this yet from airbnb. I would like to write a review but can't seem to find out how to do it without the link from airbnb.

I have a guest who wanted to write a review and although got emails asking him to do so, he only read the subject not the content as he was still travelling the world as tennis chair umpire. He wanted to wait until he had time to write his review (he was with me for a week and was an extremely happy guest). Unfortunately the email subject does not tell the guest about the deadline and by the time he was ready to review it was too late. He has contacted AIRBNB but to no avai. 

Can AIRBNB note the deadline in the subject of the email? 2 weeks is too short for guests like this who are travelling and working.

Can anoyine tell me how i can actually make contact with AIRBNB????

I was successful contacting Airbnb customer service at 1-(855) 424-7262 for a similar issue. Hope it works for you too!

I have not received prompts to write a review for several guests.  Does anyone have any recommendations about how to bring this to AirBNB's attention?
