I had a guest that canedelled and needs her money back

Hello,

 

I am a host, and my guest cancelled her resdervation from August 16-21 and you took a payment on her credit card of $846.12 (CAD) and after canceling she only got credited for $750.00 (CAD).  How can my guest retrieve the $93.12 of your service fee?

Michael this is a forum and not Airbnb's support.

 

But the terms of cancellation are clear. Refunds depend on the policy on the listing but it is always minus the fee's.

Ask your guest to contact Airbnb for more information about this. You should concentrate on paying guests who are staying with you.

@Michael984, This is a community board-not monitored by AirBnB customer service. Direct your guest to contact AirBnB directly to discuss any further refund. The phone number is on her reservation. As a general rule it is not realy a good idea for hosts to play the role of AirBnB customer service on the guests behalf. Let them work that out themselves.
