I have received the wrong payment for a booking

The payout I received for a recent booking was less thab half what it should have been.  The original confirmation from Airbnb stated that I would receive £232 but the payout was only £109 with no explanation.  As it is virtually impossible to contact Airbnb I'm not sure where to go next for help.

Hi Lois, I just wondered if you resolved this issue? I've had the same problem a different amount sent to me than shown on the booking. Hope you did get to sort it, if you've got a bit of advice would be greaty appreciated. Did you find a contact telephone number on the itinerary because I didn't, the only number is a number to contact the guest.

It happened the same to me. They charged more. But there's not an help center where I can report to.....
