I received an email yesterday from Air BNB stating that they felt me guest reservation was not legit

I spoke to the gentleman by phone and I have no idea why that would be.  Most of our listings come through VRBO.  Very disappointed that Air BNB does not provide any additional information on the reason why they cancelled him and there is no way to contact Air BNB to reinstate the reservation.  Any suggestions as to how to contact a human?

Plenty of information on her how to contact ABB. 

 

I can understand that there may be reasons why such information would not be available. Not sure why you would be so keen to reinstate.

Ive received such email years ago when i first started to host in Airbnb. I received it during the guest stay in my apartment. Airbnb has cancelled and deleted the booking from my account. And i didnt received any payment for the stay. Reason still not very sure yet but Airbnb asked me to chase away the guest.

Perhaps ABB did you a favor. Fake ID? Fake credit card? The system works. There are plenty of guests ahead for you.
