Hi i got a message on a booking for next week stating that "I have not made a reservation on airbnb, i don't have an account... " I suspect the actual booking is legit as there are a few reveiws for this lady and she had booked a hile back and that the message received last night is not. I don't want to message her as i beleive the other person will get the message and I don't have a nz number to text her on. I've tried contacting airbnb through a message but can't get to the stage on the help page to do this - i just get drop downs - i would like airbnb to let this guest know what has happened as she might get some bookings cancelled etc or even her cc could be compromised. Can you point me i the right direction to help resolve this. Thanks, Liz
