Payment gone missing in Western Union

Hi, I'm a host in Airbnb and I'm having trouble cashing a payment made to me through Western Union. The confirmation email never got to me and when I checked the transactions page on my Airbnb account it says the payment was made and there was a Western Union code (MTCN number) to cash the payment. I went to Western Union this morning and they say they do not have any payments under that number.

Same problem here in Ecuador just got the reservation code but not the MTCN from western union, I waites 24 hours and nothing yet.
