System Error for Requested Listing

There seems to be no way to contact anyone at Airbnb tech support directly, so I am posting this here - I have a requested guest who is requesting a reservation and confirming my special offer; I am getting the email that he has confirmed the listing but it does not show so on the system or on my calendar that he is confirmed. Additionally, on his side he is getting an unspecified "system error" regarding the booking. We have canceled and tried rebooking twice with the same result.

 

What to do?

I am also coming to the conclusion that Airbnb does not really want anyone to contact them.  Other users have shared a customer service number with me but I have no idea as to how to find it. 

See the search box in the upper right of this page - it says "search for anything"?  Enter in "Contact Airbnb".  In the search results you will find a Community Help Guide with all the ways you can contact Airbnb including your specific country's phone number.

Hi! I'm having samek ind of issues with the system:

 

Last week I got messages from a guest who had requested a reservation, I could see that into my calendar but it had this "Pending verification" tag on it so I had not the choice of accepting it or not ...  the guest wrote me it was canceled at her end even she had never done that.

She tried with a different account and again her request was cancelled by the system so we didn't get to close the deal.

 

Today I got a message from a different guest, when I went to the reservation itself it showed as Canceled not only once but twice as the guest was trying to get this done he duplicated the request; well, at this point we have nothing but cancellations.

 

Please if someone has solved this in anyway or had contacted Airbnb I will appreciate if you share that.

I saw here a suggestion to contact them through facebook or google or calling them to California, I will try those to get a solution.
