I want to transfer a listing to another air bnb host is this possible

I am about to take over 5 listings from another host. They have been hosting these properties for over 2 years and have over 400 reviews. Is it possible to maintain the listings and reviews or do I need to start the listings as new

I believe airbnb accounts are personal and non-transferable.  The co-host function could perhaps be an option if the holder of the account is willing to go along.

Thanks Marit.. Yes I had read that ..but I think there would be an issue as a co host being that its 5 apartments, I think I will just have to start new listings which I have done..unless someone else comes up with an alternative solution. Have a great day Cheers Rod
