ISO An Occasional Property Manager in Berkeley

Hi everyone,   I'm looking for an occassional property manager to look after my house in Berkeley.  I already have cleaners that I work with who have the Airbnb calendar so they know when to come clean. I have guests that are staying at the house while I and my partner will be out of town. We just need a few days of coverage. This could definitely be an ongoing arrangement. I also have a new property coming online in Sebastopol. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If I didn't have guests coming I could have simply blocked out the days.

I think you start by simply reaching out to other hosts in need, such as myself. There is a co-hosting service 'pipeline' on Airbnb, but I think now they have a third party company handling that or ? Not sure. It is tricky. You want to work with someone you can trust and understands the Airbnb platform.
