Is income estimate before or after local taxes?

I'm trying to decide whether to host on AirBnB. The website shows me an estimated income for my property. In my city, AirBnB collects a tax automatically when guests book. Is the estimated income shown an estimate of what I would actually get after the automatically collected local taxes? Or do I need to subtract that out to get my net income?

Attached a picture of the income estimate I'm talking about. It shows up when creating a new listing as a host.
