Listing Feedback

Hi All

I'm completely new to this and keen to get some feedback. We've just done up my flat and posted on Sat. Here is the listing: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/33460940?s=51

What do you think? Would you stay here? Any feedback, tips etc welcome!

Thanks in advance

Wayne

@Wayne146  When you first start up a listing, Airbnb gives your listing a boost in the search rankings for the first couple of days. A bunch of reservations right away is typical. It will slow down and you’ll get to a point where you’ll probably have a couple of new bookings a week. Don’t lower your price! You’re good for now, just be patient and wait for your first couple of reviews! You’re pretty booked up for April and June, I find that most guests generally book 2-3 months in advance. Obviously there are some that will book farther out (I just got my place booked for February of next year- but then that’s Mardi Gras time for me and the most popular time to visit New Orleans!).

@Wayne146I've just re-reviewed your listing, and notice that you make the statement that you'll be unable to return the security deposit if the parking pass isn't returned. I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the fact that Airbnb does not actually take a security deposit from guests. If you need to replace your parking pass, you'll have to provide receipts for it to ABB. From what I've read, it's even odds that you'll see any money.

Cheers
